Dr. David Hernandez-Rodriguez is an internist and physician-entrepreneur with more than 20 years of clinical and leadership experience. He began his career as a hospitalist at White Memorial and later served with AltaMed’s PACE program in Los Angeles, where he deepened his passion for senior care.

Today, he leads MD Senior Care Medical Group and owns four private practices under the Hernandez Health brand. His vision focuses on helping providers grow their practices while improving access, coordination, and quality of care for seniors across Southern California.

Dr. Ruth Chambi-Hernandez is board-certified in family medicine and serves as Chief Medical Officer of MD Senior Care Medical Group.

Bryan Hernandez Chambi leads market strategy by building payer and hospital partnerships, expanding the specialist network, and overseeing contracting, credentialing, and referral growth to improve patient access and value-based health outcomes.

He earned his MBA from La Sierra University and is on track to graduate from Loma Linda University School of Medicine.

Dianna Hernandez Chambi earned her BSN, RN from Loma Linda University School of Nursing in 2022 and worked for one year at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

She later earned her MSN from West Coast University and is currently pursuing her DNP at Loma Linda University, with an emphasis in clinical quality improvement education.
